Returns & Refunds
Please note that we do not accept returns of our glass straws.
However, if there is an issue with damage of your straws in the process of shipping and handling prior to reaching you, we will be happy to work with you to replace any missing or damaged items.
If you notice damage to your shipment upon receiving it, please take a photo before opening your package. Send the photo to Tom at email@example.com along with a description of any damage to the contents.
