Not satisfied with your glass straws? Please don't ship them back to us!

Getting damaged returns is no fun for anyone. We've found that having customers return a 25-pack to exchange it for another sometimes results in damage due to unfamiliarity with the way glass should be packaged to ship safely. 

So, rather than put our customers through that process, we choose to handle things a little differently. 

We want you to be happy with your straws. If you don't love the straws you ordered due to the length or color, and wish to exchange them for something else, please contact us directly and we'll work something out to ensure that you are satisfied. Were your glass straws damaged during shipping?

If there is an issue with damage of your straws in the process of shipping and handling prior to reaching you, we will replace any missing or damaged items.

If you notice damage to your shipment upon receiving it, please take a photo before opening your package. Send the photo to Tom at tom@tomaglassstraws.com along with a description of any damage to the contents.

We do our best to make sure all orders are packed properly and shipped securely. If you have any concerns about missing or mistaken items, please don't hesitate to contact Tom, our logistics leader, at tom@tomaglassstraws.com
